The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

We recommend booking couples sessions 3 to 5 days in advance, especially for weekends and evening slots.

Can we choose different head spa tiers?

Yes, each person can choose their preferred tier. One guest might book a 60-minute Heavenly Head Escape while the other enjoys the full 90-minute Royal Roots Experience. Prices are per person.

Is the deposit refundable if we need to cancel?

The 20% deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Can we bring a third person?

Our studio accommodates two guests at a time for couples sessions. For groups of 3 or more, please contact us directly at 778-855-2256 to discuss options, we may be able to arrange staggered appointments.
